We are excited to invite you to our Well Newham Sunday Funday taking place on Sunday, 20 September 2026, from 11am to 4pm at Shipman Youth Zone. This free event offers a fantastic opportunity for residents, families and partners to discover the wide range of services available across Newham to support and improve health and wellbeing.

From 12:30-14:30, Art in the Docks will be running a greeting card workshop. We will be turning construction paper of all colours into letters and shapes to create a unique card for any occasion! All supplies provided, just bring your creativity.

Come along to meet local providers, access information and advice, and find out more about the support available to help you and your family stay healthy and well. Whether you are looking for FREE health checks, health information, wellbeing support, or local community services, there will be something for everyone.

There will be fun activities for families and children on the day such as arts and crafts and face painting, as well as a range of talks about heart health, healthy eating and vaccinations.

If you know any residents who may benefit from learning more about the services available in Newham, please share this opportunity with them.

Further information can be found on the Well Newham website here.
