After originally training in architecture, Royal Docks resident ‘Jay’ transitioned from architectural practise to a career in international banking, working as a designer and implementer or global payments systems.  Her approach to business is rooted in agility, innovation, and accountability, bringing clarity, structure, and measurable results.
